We were delighted to be awarded the contract to organise the London Victims’ Summit, held at the iconic City Hall building on the banks of the River Thames.

The one day event hosted by London’s Independent Victims’ Commissioner brought together over 200 delegates, a small exhibition alongside the event. With high Profile Speakers including the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan and MET Commissioner Cressida Dick, the event attracted a large amount of media attention including BBC News London coverage on the day.

With a short turnaround time to organise the event (less than 2 months), we helped the client with delegate registration, venue management, speaker correspondence, programme planning and managing the event on the day including AV support and delegate registration. Throughout the planning process we produced weekly progress reports to ensure the client was kept up to date on all aspects related to the event. Following the summit we arrange a post event delegate questionnaire and report for the client.
